• There’s an unfortunate injury, fall, false start, or technicality
• You hear your own country’s name
• Your country qualifies for a final
• Your country wins a medal (you can take a drink for 4th place too.)
• Your country wins a (team sport) match or game
• There’s a flashback to a previous olympic games
